During this period, our support service will be slower than usual.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"xml-text\">We understand that the break\u00a0would\u00a0cause some inconvenience for you and we\u2019ll try our best to answer all urgent cases as soon as we could. However, we will be able to respond to basic cases only. Advanced cases or those that need more technical works will be taken care of after we\u2019back from the trip.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"xml-text\">We\u2019ll resume our regular schedule on <\/span><strong><span class=\"xml-text\">Monday, November 24th<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"xml-punctuation\"><span class=\"xml-punctuation\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"xml-text\">and processed all other requests and questions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"xml-text\">Thank you very much for your understanding and patience.
